These terms apply when you request a free trial, buy a subscription or use IPTV Canada. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province) and live in Canada.
The service
IPTV Canada provides access to television and video programming over the internet, through authorized player apps, on compatible devices. The programming available depends on the distribution rights we hold for each title and region and may change during your subscription.
Plans and connections
Each plan has a fixed term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and a number of connections — the number of devices that can stream at the same time. Plans are for personal, household use.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown before you order. Where sales taxes apply, they are shown before payment. Each term is a one-time payment; nothing renews automatically. Payments are processed by the provider you choose; we never see your card number.
Activation
We activate a subscription only after the payment provider confirms the payment to us. For gift cards and cryptocurrency, activation follows verification with the issuer or the network. Your term starts on the day your activation details are sent.
Free trials
Free trials are reviewed by hand, limited to one per household, and may be declined. A trial does not convert into a paid plan.
Your responsibilities
You need a compatible device and a suitable internet connection. You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, keep your activation details private, and not resell or share access beyond your connections.
Service quality
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but picture quality and stability depend on your device, home network and internet provider. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Suspension
We may suspend access for a serious breach of these terms, such as resale, account sharing beyond your plan or fraudulent payment, after notifying you where reasonable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current term. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws, including Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory where you live and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
