On the website, security comes first. Payments happen on PCI-compliant provider pages, payment confirmations are verified server-side with signed provider notifications, and personal data is kept to the minimum needed.

Devices and customer experience

Each device has its own step-by-step guide, and the program guide can be set for any Canadian time zone — including the ones apps tend to get wrong, like Saskatchewan and Newfoundland.
